Best coffee place. Hubby and I ordered a Picture Perfect drink. The line moves pretty fast considering how busy they are. The place was a little hard to find since it's a bit secluded and hidden behind a Taco Bell. Also, I am not a fan of the 2 drive thru lanes since a car stepped on her gas and almost hit my car while I was proceeding to merge so it is a safety concern. Ironically, the staff brought our drinks out before hers. The staff is great here!
Dutch Bros Coffee was my go-to coffee shop in Reno on a recent trip to Lake Tahoe. The staff was always friendly and welcoming, and they make the best coffee in town. I recently went through the drive-thru, and the guy who took my order was so friendly and helpful. He asked me how my day was going and made some recommendations for drinks. My drink was made quickly and perfectly, and I was on my way in no time. Overall, I had a great experience at Dutch Bros Coffee. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and friendly service.
I love you Dutch Bros. But, two weeks after returning to work in Reno and waiting 15 minutes every time, I've decided to buy myself an espresso machine. I was previously working throughout the northern CA area and visited several Dutch Bros locations. This is consistently the slowest service I've ever received. I'm just burning gas waiting in line. Certainly there's a way to increase efficiency?
Every time we come to this Dutch Bros, the wait is longer than it should be and the staff is unprofessional. I imagine the reason the line takes forever is because every time I get up to the window, my drink is wrong and they have to remake it. The work ethic of the children that work here is non existent. They’re more worried about talking to their friends and having side conversations than helping the customer. That’s probably why my drink is always wrong. Lastly, the drinks are subpar. I’d rather drive to the Carson city Dutch Bros for a latte, then ever come here again. Don’t come here unless you’re ready for disappointment.
The Manager was so nice. I usually have a hard time ordering cuz I’m so new at this. He remade me my drink! What a nice guy!!! Thanks ! ☕️☕️
It was very vey long line. We were surprised with the card only policy and as a cash payer wasn’t super impressed. The person placing the orders in our car tipped them 20%, which after waiting almost 20 minutes in line and them nearly forgetting a beverage felt a little too generous. The person with us promised this was an insulated incident and service is usually great, but I can not confirm. However, The drinks were very delicious.
My sister just got home from getting a birthday drink in tears. The girl in the blue shirt at the counter was so annoyed that people were there. The girl completely messed up her drink didn't do anything for the birthday that they always do. And was just snappy. I hope she goes to Starbuck so people don't have to deal with her. Completely ruined the one thing my sister wanted for her birthday. They rest of the staff and environment was fantastic. That one girl really ruined the experience.
Over priced weak a** coffee. They took more than 15 minutes to make 3 drinks. Pushed a customer that ordered 5ish minutes after me drink out before mine, "because they only have 1."
